The idea of No Enemy is timeless.

Here is some history of the No Enemy symbol:

Paul William Cheatham's senior year as a sociology student at UC Santa Cruz started a few days after the tragedies of September 11, 2001. He was working at Santa Cruz Juvenile Hall and trying to figure out how to encourage peaceful thought and action when the phrase No Enemy came to mind.

Paul offered a prize raised through bake sales for the creation of a visual image that expressed No Enemy. A powerful drawing of fists and birds submitted by Boris became the Original No Enemy symbol. 144 organic cotton, made-in-the USA T-shirts were screenprinted with the Original No Enemy symbol and circulated between sociology classes and peace rallies. Eco Goods the local organic general store promoted No Enemy on Pacific Avenue. Innumerable kind souls helped to share the No Enemy symbol around the world.
